We take reservations for lunch and dinner. To make a reservation, please call us at 609 642 3642 between 10AM-6PM, Tuesday to Sunday.
We reserve a few tables for walk-in guests to make sure there’s always space for those who prefer to dine spontaneously.
Group Booking
You can reserve tables from 1 to 9 people via the form above. If there is no availability showing, please contact the restaurant directly as we may be able to assist.

Reservation Policy
Dress code
Our dining atmosphere is casual and comfortable. To reflect this environment, we maintain a formal dress code. To keep with our International standards of dining we ask that you, our guests, dress in a suitable manner to fit your memorable dining experience.
No exposed undergarments, or excessively baggy or oversized clothing. Clothing should not exhibit offensive language or offensive graphics. Guests wearing ball caps will be asked to dine in Rosa’s restaurant and wear their hats with the bill facing forward. Other more formal head attire such as cowboy hats and fedoras are allowed in the main dining room.
Credit Cards
To confirm your reservation, a valid Credit Card is required. With your approval at the time of booking, the full cost of your selected menu, along with applicable tax and a 10% service fee, will be charged to your card. This charge is final and non-refundable.
If using a gift certificate, please give us that information at the time you make your reservation.
Midweek Drinks on Us
Every, Tuesday, and Wednesday evening, groups of 10 or more who reserve a section of our space will receive a complimentary round of our signature non-alcoholic drinks.
